Công dụng và cách dùng cây cần tây
Chữa huyết áp cao: Trong cần tây có chứa chất hoá học tự nhiên apigenin giúp ngừa chứng huyết áp cao, giúp giãn nở mạch. Cần tây dùng cả thân 50g, thái khoảng đốt ngón tay, đổ 3 bát con nước, sắc lấy một bát, uống ngày 3 lần. Sau một thời gian ngắn, huyết áp sẽ ổn định.
Chữa viêm họng: Rau cần tây 30g rửa sạch, giã nát, vắt lấy nước, thêm vài hạt muối tinh, súc miệng ngày 3 lần, hoặc có thể nuốt từ từ càng nhanh khỏi.
Chảy máu mũi, đi ngoài ra máu: 100g rau cần tây giã nát, lấy nước đã đun sôi để nguội vắt một bát nhỏ uống.
Chữa bí đái:
Cần tây 50g, rửa sạch, vò nát hầm trong ấm như đun thuốc bắc, rồi uống dần trong ngày thay nước, vài ngày sẽ đỡ. Chú ý người bị huyết áp thấp kèm theo thì không nên dùng.
Chữa lở loét do ngứa:
Dùng 30g cần tây rửa sạch, giã rồi đắp lên vết lở đó, khi vết lở khô, dùng nước cốt cần tây xoa lên để chóng liền sẹo, lên da non.
Vàng da:
Xào 150g cần tây với 15g dạ dày lợn, ăn liên tục trong 1 tuần đến 10 ngày sẽ thấy hiệu quả.
Bạn có thể dùng cần tây vào chế biến một số món ăn để phòng và chữa một số bệnh sau:
Bổ thận, hạ huyết áp:
Rau cần tây 100g, thịt lợn nạc 100g, nước luộc gà 300ml, nấm hương 30g, dâu 10g, hành 10g, gừng 5g, muối, dầu vừa đủ. Cho dầu vào chảo nóng, phi thơm gia vị rồi cho các vị còn lại cùng nước luộc gà, đun nhỏ lửa 20 phút, chia làm 2 – 3 lần ăn trong ngày.
Các bạn cũng nên chú ý, trong rau cần tây có chứa furocoumarin, nếu để lâu trong tủ lạnh quá 3 tuần chất này sẽ tăng gấp 2,5 lần, khi ăn sẽ độc hại.
Tuy nhiên cũng chớ lạm dụng
Tuy là thứ rau ngon miệng và có nhiều tác dụng cho sức khỏe nhưng không phải cứ ăn nhiều rau cần tây thì sẽ tốt. Thầy thuốc khuyến cáo mỗi ngày chỉ nên ăn 1 nhánh là đủ. Khi sử dụng cũng chỉ nên dùng những phần xanh tươi của thân lá mới thu nhận được nhiều vitamin.
Đặc biệt, tuy rau cần tây được khẳng định rất tốt cho người mắc các bệnh do axít tăng cao trong máu, nhưng nếu ăn thường xuyên nó với thịt bò hoặc lòng của gia cầm thì lại rất dễ dẫn đến mắc bệnh gout. dịch ép từ rau cần tây rất tốt nhưng phụ nữ mang thai thì không được sử dụng trên 500 g vì ở liều lượng này cơ tử cung sẽ co thắt mạnh rất dễ gây sẩy thai.
